Hekima University and Citibank
Crescite is proud to launch the Hekima University Project in collaboration with Citibank, advancing financial inclusion and education through blockchain technology. This initiative will integrate innovative funding models, including tokenized assets and sustainable finance, to support the development of Africa’s largest library and academic research hub. By leveraging Citibank’s expertise in global finance and Crescite’s blockchain ecosystem, Hekima University will serve as a model for decentralized education funding, empowering students, faculty, and local communities with greater access to knowledge and financial resources.
Acutis Game™
The Catholic Token™ will play a central role in Acutis Game™, a faith-based Web3 experience inspired by Blessed Carlo Acutis. Designed to promote digital evangelization, education, and community engagement, the token will enable players to unlock exclusive content, support charitable causes, and participate in faith-driven challenges. By integrating blockchain technology, Acutis Game™ fosters a secure and rewarding ecosystem where players can deepen their spiritual journey while contributing to meaningful initiatives within the global Catholic community.
Layer 1 Protocol Launch
Crescite’s 2025 roadmap for Layer 1 protocol development focuses on advancing scalability, security, and institutional-grade functionality. We will launch mainnet validator nodes, ensuring a decentralized and resilient network with 1,031 validators. As the network matures, we will integrate financial services APIs, enhancing interoperability with banks and asset managers while maintaining ISO 20022 compliance. Our subnet architecture will be expanded to optimize performance for enterprise and government partners. Governance mechanisms within the DAO will be refined to support long-term decentralization. Enhanced security features, including enterprise-wide DNS with identity-linked verification, will be introduced. By year-end, Crescite’s Layer 1 will be positioned as the leading blockchain for faith-driven and impact-focused digital assets.
